The image quality of your actual printed order very much depends on the resolution of the images in the computer file. We’ll print your order in accordance with the file which you have uploaded/sent to us.

You are highly recommended to remove the background colour of your design and upload your file in either PNG or PDF format. By removing the background colour of your design, it reduces the printing area on your T-shirt, which in turn maximises its visual impact and increases its breathability.

No. Absolutely nothing. You don’t even have to pay for the services we provide, such as printing and delivery.

It is a platform that allows independent artists/designers or anyone who is interested in design/art to unleash their creativity and earn some passive income with their artworks.

There are absolutely no charges to join this programme. All that is needed is your artwork/design. Just simply upload your artwork/design on the products of your choice and leave the rest to us. Once an order is in, we’ll help you to print and deliver it free of charge. We’ll then pay you a commission for each product, which you’ve designed, sold. Start earning with no extra costs to you but your design.

Shipping

Status of order: this can be checked in my account under the heading of my orders. 

Status of delivery: tracking number will be provided together with the receipt after payment, which will be sent to you via email. Alternatively, you can check the status in my account under the heading of my orders.

That depends on the status of your order. You won’t be able to have it changed once your order is out for shipping. Please contact our customer service to see if it can be changed.

Estimated days for processing: 3-5 business days. 

Estimated days for delivery: 3-5 business days for West Malaysia, and 5-10 business days for East Malaysia 

In total, for orders from West Malaysia, it may take 10 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. And, for orders from East Malaysia, it may take 15 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.

*Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.  

*We may appoint a third party courier service company to carry out the delivery and the days for delivery stated above is a rough estimation. The actual days needed may vary as a result of factors outside our control.

Yes, you can. Your order is ready for collection once the status of order in your account shows that it is “ready for shipment”.

No, they won’t look exactly the same.

Please kindly note that there may be a slight difference between the colour of your actual printed order and that of the images appearing on the screen of an electronic device. This is mainly because of the difference between the colour modes of RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key[black]).  RGB is used for display on the screen of electronic devices, whereas CMYK is used for printing.
